Yellowstone Ranch

There’s been a lot of hype in the last year or so over Yellowstone and the beautiful ranch on which it was filmed. Well, good news for fans and viewers alike: it’s a real place called Chief Joseph Ranch, and there’s a way for you to visit!

This ranch has a long history, with its first settlers claiming the land in 1880. Before it was claimed as a homestead, there was a trail that ran through the property, used by the local Native American tribe for access to the buffalo herd.

The Ranch has been passed down by three different owners. The third and current owner is giving the people what they want, and has decided to open cabins on the ranch for guests to rent out and wake up to breathtaking views.
